A purple gift box

Hello my crafty people!!! Today I'll be making a gift box. I have made this specially for this adorable minion wet wipes dispenser that I found at a local store. You can fit anything that measures 2 1/2 X 4 3/4 inches in this box. 

Materials Required

One sheet of cardstock measuring 101/2 X 10 1/2 inches

Two panels of pattern paper measuring 2 1/2 X 4 3/4 inches and 2 1/2 X 2 1/2 inches

A scoring board and glue

Some matching yarn and some washi tape

Method

1. Score one side of the paper at 2 1/2, 5, 7 1/2 and 10 inches.

2. Score the other side at 2 1/2, 7 1/2 and 10 inches.

3. Cut and fold the score lines as shown in pics.

4. Stick the panels on the front and top sides of the box

5.  Apply glue on the skinny flap and stick it to the other side.

6. Apply glue on the bottom flaps and bring the box together. 

7. Tie the yarn and add the washi tape.

8. Add a sentiment if you want.
